Merve joined the North Star team as a 6-year-old from Gregory Broderick and his team at Ballypatrick Stables. After sitting on Merve for the first time, Charlotte believed he had a lot of quality and would be a lovely young horse to add to the team. Merve is very honest and brave - all the qualities to look for in a young horse. Since joining the team, Merve jumped his first ranking classes in 2023 as an 8-year-old and is going to have a very promising career ahead of him.
